Congratulations to Chad Carleton on being the 2025 TPA “Values in Action” award winner.
TPA initiated this award to recognize those in our organization who best exemplify the Core Values we want reflected with our co-workers, clients, and community. Those values are Trust, Attitude, Humility, Excellence, and Service.
Chad is a Senior Plan Consultant at TPA over 10 years of experience in the retirement industry. He has his QPA, QKC, and QKA credentials from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and is working on obtaining his credentials to be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
The award was voted on by everyone on the TPA team.

Chad has gone above and beyond to implement positive change to the TPA way.
Chad consistently steps up to do what is best for our team and TPA as a whole. He has taken on many projects in the last year including migrating our compliance testing and tracking software programs and took on a great deal of responsibility to ensure those projects stayed on track and were accomplished timely. Chad is a great resource for other colleagues with questions no matter how big or small.
Chad implemented two systems that have redefined the way we work for the better.
