A New Look for Tennessee Pension Administrators

For nearly three decades, Tennessee Pension Administrators, LLC has partnered with employers and financial advisors to help retirement plans operate smoothly, remain compliant, and serve participants effectively.

Over the years, both our firm and our industry have evolved significantly. Retirement plans have become more complex, technology has transformed administration and communication, and the retirement plan industry itself has experienced increasing consolidation through national expansion and private equity investment.

As we looked toward the future of our firm, we wanted our brand to reflect not only where we are headed — but also who we are and where we come from.

Our new brand identity represents the next chapter of our company while remaining grounded in the values that have guided us since the beginning — the same principles of service, trust, and long-term relationships that Matt Grabeel established when he founded our firm 28 years ago.

The mountain imagery within our new logo was intentionally inspired by the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and the East Tennessee region we proudly call home. For us, the mountains represent stability, perspective, endurance, and strong roots — qualities that continue to define our approach to serving clients and advisor partners.

Even as our industry becomes more nationalized, we remain committed to a relationship-driven service model built around accessibility, responsiveness, and long-term trust.

We believe employers and advisors benefit from direct access to experienced professionals who understand their plans, know their businesses, and are available when needed. While we continue to invest in technology, integrations, and operational efficiency, we believe personalized service and accountability remain just as important today as they were when our firm was founded nearly three decades ago.
